Moving in

first floor bathroom

Final inspection

I had to call for the final inspection prior to moving in. I knew that the house was not ready but it was safe to move in. I locked all the bedrooms on the second floor where drywalls had not been installed yet. I also built the handrails around the stairway.

An inspector found that it was ok to move in.

Utility room, bathroom and appliances

All that had been completed was the utility room and one bathroom on the first floor. The appliances were all delivered too. I hooked them up except the dish washer because kithen's cabinets and a countertop had not been ready yet.

All drywalls on the first floor had been installed but not plastered and painted. That was my task number one to do.

Garage

Garage was a big help as I stowed all the household crap that had been moved from the apartment there.
